    We want everyone to be 100% satisfied, and become life long customers of Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

    To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

    Refunds (if applicable)
    Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

    To get your item approved, it's easy - Simply send your item to us unwashed and unused, and the same condition you received it.

    If you are approved (99% are approved), then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

    Refunds with Gift Card promos
    We run promotions where we reward customers with gift cards. Requesting a refund for any items with this promo will result in a deactivated gift card. For example:
    Jane Doe claims a promo, as advertised by The promo is, "Spend $50, and receive a $20 gift card FREE." If Jane Doe receives her order, and decides to return any of her items for a refund, then the gift card will be voided.

    On the other hand, Jane Doe can request an exchange. This will NOT void her free gift card.

    We have this requirement to prevent individuals from buying several items, and receiving free gift cards, with the intent to return the items and walk away with gift card profits. Simply put, this would put us out of business, and that would not be very inspiring! If you're reading this, and we spoiled your plan - we are sorry for the disappointment ;)

    Little Words Project Bracelets 

    The Little Words Project bracelets are not eligible for refunds or exchanges. All bracelets are final sale.

    Chargebacks with Gift Card promos

    We run promotions where we reward customers with gift cards. Requesting a chargeback for any items with this promo will also result in a deactivated gift card.

    Gift Cards: continued

    Gift cards cannot be fully or partially refunded. They also cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash.

    Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
    If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
    Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

    Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

    Sale items (if applicable)
    Sale and regular priced items may be refunded or exchanged for an item of equal or lesser value during purchase, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

    Exchanges (if applicable)
    We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at and/or send your item to:

    Please include a little note indicating your order number, and directions for your exchange or return.

    We ship the majority of our items via USPS first class mail. For faster shipping transit times, select USPS Priority Shipping. Priority Shipping is typically 2-3 business days, depending upon your location. USPS delays in shipping do not constitute a refund, without exception.

    If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

    If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

    You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund.
